Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Coolidge, AZ. This full-time role demands strong mechanical aptitude, safety-first mindset, and teamwork to keep production lines running smoothly.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on automation equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, and support changeovers. The role emphasizes CMMS usage, adherence to GMP/SOP, and a proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of maintenance experience with fillers or comparable automated systems.
• 3+ years of experience in high-speed production environments.
• Knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and equipment fault isolation.
• Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance assignments promptly to minimize downtime and maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns; make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain equipment in safe, efficient operating condition.
• Translate OEM documentation into actionable maintenance standards.
• Utilize the CMMS system for work orders, inventory management, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with production line changeovers and setup adjustments.
• Follow GMP, SOP, and safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Support structured improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Disassemble, inspect, and repair defective machine parts using hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with other maintenance and production team members.
• Take ownership of work performance and demonstrate consistent craftsmanship.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
