Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience, hotel experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain commercial refrigeration, ice machines, air handling units, and HVAC equipment.
• Complete general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting.

• Assist with inventory and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technition to help ensure our hotel remains safe, comfortable, and operating at the highest standards for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
