Job summary

Hayes-Gibson-Property-Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kentucky to repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across properties. The role focuses on safety, resident comfort, and adherence to company standards.

You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct inspections while on a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with on-call duties for emergencies. Competitive hourly compensation with benefits is provided.

We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time and ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

What You'll Do:

• Repair & Maintain: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Troubleshoot & Fix: Respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Inspect & Report: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

• Technical Skills: You have experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility. On-call as needed to respond to emergency maintenance requests.
