General Make-Ready knowledge of Real Estate Rental Market a PLUS. Applicant must have clear background check and have mechanically inclined abilities. Must be customer service oriented and able to work efficiently and effectively while taking direction. The ability to multi-task is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Electrical: Perform routine minor electrical repairs such as wiring, fuses, fixtures, and sockets, and repair/troubleshoot simple HVAC systems.
2. Plumbing: Perform routine plumbing repairs such as replacing/repairing/service water heaters, clearing drain lines, and replacing broken pipes, worn out washers, gaskets, faucets, floats, and garbage disposals.
3. Carpentry: Perform routine carpentry repairs such as kitchen cabinets, window screens, glass, door locks, and plaster/drywall.
4. Mechanical: Perform routine mechanical repairs such as repairing/diagnosing all major appliances provided by the landlord, and operating mower, snow blower, auger, and other needed power tools.
5. Pest Control: Provide pest control services as needed; license not required.
6. Other Tasks: Perform unskilled tasks such as interior/exterior painting, floor tile installation and repair, interior cleaning, lawn mowing, leaf raking, tree/shrub trimming, debris removal, snow removal, and other landscaping duties as directed.
7. Inventory: Identify, catalogue, and procure the necessary materials used in maintenance operations.
8. Basic Troubleshooting: Conduct basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
9. Specialized Knowledge: Recognize when specialized knowledge is needed.
