Job summary

ImageFIRST in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support installation and upkeep of facility machinery, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with production.

The role requires basic reading/writing and ability to lift up to 30 pounds; shifts Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Hourly pay $20-$25 plus weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of facility machinery parts.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Move product to facilitate production processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
• Learn and assist with PLC programming.
