Qualifikationen

• High school Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior Maintenance Assistant experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but the company is willing to invest in the right candidate.

• Perform repair tasks throughout the facility to ensure residents’ safety and comfort.
• Assist with scheduling outside contractors for extensive repairs.
• Monitor facility equipment and maintenance schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
