Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Xenia, OH is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a full-time 8:00 am to 4:30 pm shift. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with repairs and inspections, and help ensure a safe, comfortable facility for residents and staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license. We offer $18-$20 per hour, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), same-day pay, holiday pay,

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
