Coastal Harbor Treatment Center seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our Savannah, Georgia campus. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems, electrical and piping infrastructure, and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair buildings, grounds, and pool equipment including painting, carpentry, drywall repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspect and service machinery and systems to ensure safe operation.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems to keep facilities running efficiently.

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the hands-on problem solver who keeps our operations running smoothly. In this vital role, you’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, equipment, building systems, and electrical and piping infrastructure—ensuring everything operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Keep our property looking its best by repairing and maintaining buildings and grounds, including painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and caring for the swimming pool and its equipment
• Stay one step ahead of breakdowns by performing preventative maintenance, inspecting, testing, and servicing machinery and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation
• Put your technical skills to work by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems that keep our facility running efficiently
