Job summary

Gross Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of residential properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues, and respond to resident work orders while maintaining high service standards.

This full-time role requires basic HVAC maintenance, appliance installation, and safe, clean work practices. On-site residents at our communities qualify for a 50% rental discount on suites and a garage space.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential facility maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes preventive maintenance and repairs.

Position Responsibilities

As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include:

• Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs
• Responds to work orders
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
• Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
• Appliance installation & repair
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
• Basic HVAC maintenance
• Knowledgeable with hand & power tools
• Maintains safe and clean working environment
• All other duties as assigned
