Clayton Homes is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on display homes, the office building, and the surrounding property. This handyman role requires physical fitness, a positive attitude, and strong customer service, with an hourly wage of $20.00.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing and perform general maintenance of display homes, office, and grounds.
• Interior repairs: drywall, leveling doors, trim work, cabinets.
• Exterior repairs: shingles, siding, perimeter skirting.
• Complete grounds work as directed (mowing, snow shoveling, landscaping).
