The role involves timely completion of work orders, maintenance of grounds, and adherence to safety protocols. RAM offers a competitive pay range of $21 to $22 per hour along with 15 days of paid time off, medical insurance, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• EPA HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies for properties.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
