Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through hands-on experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills and readiness to use CMMS like MaintainX.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and control-system issues.
• Support coating, laminating, and converting equipment and related systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment issues and communicate with operators and supervisors.
• Document work, findings, and parts usage in the CMMS.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with equipment installation, testing, and improvement projects.
• Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, OSHA, and ISO safety requirements.
• Develop knowledge through hands-on training and coaching.
