Job summary

Concord Westerville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering team, ensuring hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You will assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities to provide a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members.

The role is on-site in Westerville, OH with a pay range of $20–$24 per hour and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facility repair.
• Hands-on problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
