Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of general mechanical experience
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills
• Welding and metal-working experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and servicing of dryers, mills, conveyors, and other plant equipment
• Repair, adjust, and replace mechanical components as needed
• Assist with fabrication, welding, and metal work
• Support maintenance of rolling stock and mobile equipment
• Identify and report safety, quality, environmental, or equipment issues
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams
• Follow strict safety guidelines and company procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
