Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with fabrication, welding, and metal work
• Support maintenance of rolling stock and mobile equipment
• Identify and report safety, quality, environmental, or equipment issues
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams
• Follow strict safety guidelines and company procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for Maintenance Technician to help keep our plant and equipment running safely and efficiently. This hands‑on role supports daily maintenance, repairs, and fabrication work across the facility.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of general mechanical experience (industrial or plant experience preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills
• Welding and metal‑working experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Work indoors and outdoors in variable weather
• Regular exposure to moving machinery and industrial environments
• Work at heights and in awkward or confined spaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8-10 hours per day.
• Must be able to self-assign work duties and meet reasonable deadlines.
• Required use of PPE and participation in the Respiratory Protection Program
• Willingness to work irregular hours and respond to after‑hours call‑outs
