Job summary

RiteScreen is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fargo, ND to keep our production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair while supporting safety practices and cross-functional teamwork across shifts.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, commitment to reliability, and opportunities to grow within a leading window product manufacturer. On-the-job training and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in industrial maintenance or millwright role.
• Experience with motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and basic electricals.
• Ability to read safety rules, instructions, and diagrams.
• Willingness to cross-train and learn new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a preventive maintenance system to ensure continuous operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and verify machinery operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and manuals.
• Read drawings and electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
• Operate welding, fabrication, machine-shop equipment as trained.
• Maintain tools and shop areas with 5S.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams.
• Be available for repairs outside scheduled hours.
