What You Will Do

1. Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
2. Work with motors, pneumatic & hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production line equipment.
3. Read diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specifications.
4. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
5. Weld using an arc welder and cutting torch.
6. Troubleshoot issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors.
7. Follow all safety and environmental policies.
8. Willingness to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Basic Qualifications

1. At least 2 years of maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or military settings.
2. Experience troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics.
3. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
4. Proficiency with computers, emails, and mice.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in the lumber or plywood industries.
2. Two-year mechanical or industrial maintenance degree.
