Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to maintain all building related systems and the building envelope to ensure safety for guests, associates, and vendors. You will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry disciplines.

The role emphasizes energy efficiency, adherence to SOPs and company culture, and responsive guest service in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Trade skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Hotel or hospitality maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Inspect and repair hotel facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain energy efficiency and building envelope.
• Respond to maintenance requests and document work orders.
• Ensure safety and compliance with building codes and health department standards.
