Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience preferred; 2+ years ideal.
• Ability to work on weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Construction, general contractor, handyman, or general maintenance experience.
• Independently able to plan, organize, and follow through on work.
• Eye for excellence and detail-oriented.
• Valid California driver's license is required; driving is an essential job function.
