Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support Fontainebleau properties. The role handles repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting of appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You must have own tools and be available for emergency calls as needed. Two years maintenance experience required; College degree preferred; HVAC/EPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site repairs for HVAC, appliances, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 as scheduled.
• Inspects property systems and oversees contractor work as needed.
• Maintains and inspects building systems and common areas.
