Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Order requests as assigned.
• Make-ready vacant apartments as directed by the Maintenance Director.
• Work within budgeted expense limits.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Schedule and complete the Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance as scheduled.
• Perform grounds work and maintain landscaping as directed.
