Qualifications

• Experience with interior and exterior restaurant cleaning and equipment care.
• Ability to perform daily oil fryer filtration and light maintenance tasks.

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Filter oil fryers daily and take out trash/empty trash compactor.
• Unloading deliveries and restocking as required.
• Replace light bulbs and perform basic preventive maintenance as directed.
