This hybrid role sits between Groundskeeper and Maintenance Tech, covering irrigation monitoring, bed and landscape maintenance, seasonal color, snow removal coordination, and overall grounds curb

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance on schedule.
• Possess a reliable smartphone device for work-related communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds, and structural work as needed.
• Coordinate groundskeeping tasks including irrigation and seasonal plantings.
• Maintain property presentation and respond to work orders promptly.

This role is a hybrid position that sits between two traditional roles.

• Groundskeeper — basic grounds upkeep
• Maintenance Tech — focused on unit turns, work orders, and building systems

This role combines both

• Irrigation monitoring and repair
• Bed and landscape maintenance
• Seasonal color (plantings)
• Snow removal coordination
• Overall grounds curb appeal

As Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service.
