Job summary

A community management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to carry out routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the physical integrity of properties in Troy, Michigan. Responsibilities include conducting home and building repairs, maintaining grounds, and providing excellent customer service to residents. Qualifications

• 6 months in previous maintenance experience in the apartment or manufactured housing industry.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain community integrity.
• Conduct home/building maintenance repairs and uphold cleanliness.
• Inspect irrigation systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
