Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• 6 months in previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance techniques and repair work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of community property.
• Completes minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed.

Skills

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
