Job summary

Apsilon Hotels, LLC is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to service hotel buildings, grounds, and equipment in Georgia. You will perform repairs, complete tasks before deadlines, and ensure standards are met across departments.

Requires at least three years of maintenance work, plumbing/electrical/painting knowledge, and strong English communication. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a dynamic hotel setting is expected.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform maintenance service or repairs to consistently maintain the hotel’s buildings, grounds, and equipment to company’s standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Complete assigned tasks from General Manager before deadlines.


• Assure work meets company standards.


• Handle maintenance requests from all hotel departments.


• Assist in setting up meeting rooms as required.


• Maintain the cleanliness of hotel grounds.


• Empty all trash containers.


• Perform assigned landscaping tasks.


• Perform other duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
