Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Apply mechanical and technical skills to repair and maintain facility equipment.
• Interact with staff and residents to address questions and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on the physical plant and equipment.
• Maintain and test emergency power systems.
• Maintain essential equipment such as boiler systems, refrigerators, and laundry equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with physical plant and equipment in an institutional setting is a plus.
• Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair are advantageous.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
