Property Location: Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Duncanville

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs preventative maintenance duties in guest rooms and all areas of the hotel.
2. Responds to reported problems and performs general repairs.
3. Assists in maintaining the pool area according to company, brand standards, and applicable codes.
4. Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping, and parking lot.
5. Performs building and equipment preventative maintenance duties.
6. Assists team members and other departments to contribute to operational efficiency.
7. Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized, and secured.
8. Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool, and elevator operation.
9. Maintains operational knowledge of common power and hand tools.
10. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
11. Variable days and hours (including weekends and PM shifts).
