We are currently looking for a part time flexible Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. Maintain property and operations of the building.

What You'll Do:

• Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
• Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Installs equipment and appliances.
• Follows local and state building codes.
• Complies with all company safety regulations.
• Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
• Reports any issues to th e maintenance manager .
• Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
• Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients.
• Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
• Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions.
• Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
• Performs preventive maintenance as requested with a matrix and reports progress to manager upon request.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Fluent English, read and write necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of hand tools and carpentry tools
• Must be able to make repairs to basic electrical and plumbing systems
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• Licen ses or certifications desirable but not required
