Job description

We are seeking 2 skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $600, disbursed according to the following schedule: an initial installment after 30 days of employment, a second installment after 3 months, and the remaining balance after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and facilities
• Preventive maintenance, painting, electrical and plumbing
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order
