+ Requirement: 1 year of basic maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Job Summary

Performs maintenance duties including:

1. Maintains, repairs, and operates plant, shops, grounds, and facilities.
2. Performs basic repairs; contacts supervisors or vendors as needed.
3. Updates work statuses using company tech systems.
4. Supports fleet maintenance: welding, plumbing, electrical, vehicle troubleshooting, generator repairs.
5. Assists with minor repairs and reports major issues.
6. Cleans sidewalks, parking areas, and disposes of debris.
7. Operates electrical and gasoline equipment.
8. Maintains and repairs equipment with hand and power tools.
9. Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, and drywall maintenance.
10. Responds to emergency repairs.
11. Maintains logs, performs rounds, and completes work orders.
12. Reads and transmits detailed instructions.
13. Serves on the emergency response team.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ 1 year of relevant maintenance or grounds maintenance experience.

+ Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

Exposure to heat, noise, dust, dirt, infection control areas. Must meet deadlines and work flexible hours, including weekends and nights if necessary.
