Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (depends on experience).

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical plant, exterior, common areas, and resident units, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge.
2. Assisting with apartment turnovers, including painting, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing.
3. Maintaining grounds, pools, and spas.
4. Ensuring a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
5. Promoting teamwork and cooperation across departments.

Qualifications include:

1. At least six months of experience in building maintenance or related fields.
2. Minimum age of 18 years.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Proficiency in MS Office programs.
5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
6. Ability to pass background and health screenings, including physical and TB tests.
7. Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccination and PPE use, as per regulatory guidelines.
