Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or repair work.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and standard maintenance equipment.

• Willingness to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
