Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing routine electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and architectural maintenance to meet client standards. The technician must maintain a safety‑first attitude, follow safety practices, policies, and procedures, ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, and arrange for repair or replacement of damaged equipment to avoid service disruptions.

$18 per hour. A valid driver's license with more than one year of experience is required.

Qualifications / Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent for full‑time positions.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen may be required.
• Effective communication skills with customers, patrons, and employees; friendly and engaging manner at all times.

• Physical abilities: work in various conditions; operate cleaning equipment; climb ladders; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; perform repetitive motions.
