Wellspring, Inc. is hiring a full-time Community Support Associate to provide one-on-one skill building with clients in the home or community.
Responsibilities include skills training, cueing, and supervision per the client’s treatment plan, medication adherence, recognizing symptoms, and developing interpersonal skills. Qualifications include one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma.

Wellspring is hiring a full-time Community Support Associate to provide one-on-one skill building with clients in the home or community to include: skills training, cueing, or supervision as identified in the client’s individualized treatment plan, medication adherence and recognizing symptoms and side effects, non-clinical but therapeutic behavioral intervention, support, and skills training, assistance in accessing and utilizing community resources, emotion regulation skills, crisis coping skills, and developing and enhancing interpersonal skills.
Salary: $15 - $18 per hour
Full-time; Monday - Friday, working hours are flexible between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required: Saturday and/or Sunday; working hours are 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
