+ We have an opening for a full-time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position.

+ Location: 5800 Bristol Parkway, Culver City, CA 90230. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. More details upon interview.

+ Requirements: Prior experience in patching, painting, HVAC knowledge, and hands-on experience with work order systems is preferred.

Job Summary

Performs a variety of maintenance duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintains, repairs, cleans, and operates the plant, shops, mechanical areas, exterior grounds, and campus facilities.
2. Performs basic maintenance and repairs; contacts supervisors, skilled trade vendors, or on-call personnel as needed.
3. Updates work statuses, timing, and costs using company tech systems.
4. Supports fleet maintenance, including welding, plumbing, electrical work, kitchen maintenance, vehicle driving, troubleshooting, generator repairs, and general maintenance.
5. Assists in minor and routine repairs; reports major issues to supervisors or skilled trades.
6. Cleans sidewalks and parking areas; disposes of trash and debris.
7. Operates electrical and gasoline-powered equipment.
8. Maintains equipment; performs minor repairs using hand and power tools.
9. Performs unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, lamp changing, and drywall maintenance.
10. Responds to emergency problems; performs emergency repairs as needed.
11. Maintains logs, performs rounds, completes work orders, tests, and inspections.
12. Reads, understands, and communicates detailed instructions verbally and in writing.
13. Serves as a member of the facility's emergency response team.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of related experience as a maintenance worker/technician or in grounds maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to high heat, noise, dust, dirt, and infection control areas.
• Must meet deadlines and be flexible to work weekends and nights as necessary.
