Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance duties to maintain and enhance the value of our communities. The technician handles service requests to bring vacancies to market-ready status and works with the maintenance staff to uphold quality standards.

Standard schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work for emergencies. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick time and

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• General maintenance experience required.
• Preferred: Plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting experience; EPA certifiable status.

Responsabilités

• Prepares or assists in preparing all vacancies to a market-ready condition.
• Performs various community maintenance functions and records findings in the maintenance log.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Reports maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant, models, clubhouse, and common areas.
