Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bren Road Station, a 262-unit community in Minnetonka, MN. You will support property upkeep, handle work orders, and ensure a great living experience for residents.

You will monitor systems, perform preventive maintenance, repair appliances, and help prepare vacant units. On-call duties may apply with a trip stipend after hours, while safety and quality are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
