Job summary

TN Management LLC in Gillette, Wyoming is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Foothills Mobile Home Park. This full-time, in-person role involves performing repairs and preventative maintenance on mobile homes and park property, handling basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks, and keeping systems safe and functional.

You must have at least 1 year of maintenance or handyman experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work outside in cold weather.

• No HUD installation or licensed electrical, gas, or plumbing work unless licensed.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on mobile homes and park property.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting within your skill level.
• Maintain furnaces, water heaters, water and sewer lines, and skirting.
• Prevent and fix freeze-ups (heat tape, line thawing, winterizing).
• Handle snow removal, mowing, lot cleanup, and common areas.
• Get homes move-in ready for new students, tenants, and guests.
• Complete work orders and inform housing team when done.
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls, including after hours when on call.
• Troubleshoot problems and flag when an outside contractor is needed.
• Document park rule violations and report them to management; address minor issues politely.
• Keep tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of maintenance, construction, or handyman experience (mobile home experience is a plus)

Work Schedule

• Full-time, [Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm]
• On-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Must be able to travel between company properties in Gillette
