Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is hiring a maintenance technician for our Missouri facility.

You will maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support line changeovers to minimize downtime while ensuring food safety and GMP compliance. The role requires effective communication with production and maintenance teams, documentation of work orders, and adherence to health, safety, and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Maintain food quality and safety per SQF/standards.
• Report FSMS issues to initiate corrective actions.
• Perform repair and preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain production equipment (glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, chemicals).
• Document part numbers used for inventory purposes.
• Communicate maintenance info between shifts clearly and completely.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to resolve issues and drive improvement.
