Roskam Baking Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability of production equipment. Duties include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting various systems, and supporting equipment changeovers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial equipment, food safety standards, and excellent mentoring abilities. Competitive compensation package and great benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Support equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and adjust sensors and automated systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.

Connaissances

Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, OSHA standards

Strong understanding of electrical systems

Strong understanding of mechanical systems

Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment

Ability to work independently

Mentoring skills
