Winland Foods, Inc. is hiring a Certified Maintenance Team Member in Minot, ND..Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, on-call routes. Location: 5600 4th Ave NE, Minot. Salary is $27.10 hourly, base on experience and qualifications.

The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, setup, and documentation in CMMS, with strong emphasis on safety and GMP compliance. Join a team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to follow safety policies and GMPs/OSHA standards.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and documentation.
• Follow GMPs and food safety standards; ensure safety protocols are upheld.
