Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician for a growing food manufacturing company located in the Bartlett area! 3rd Shift Opportunity Available!

Pay range of $25-$30/hr., depending on experience.

3rd shift hours are Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am, with OT opportunity as the business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery.
  • Perform preventative (PM) maintenance tasks on company equipment.
  • Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine repairs per work orders.
  • Perform routine maintenance around the building.
  • Repair plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
  • Work on low-voltage electrical issues.
  • Perform hazardous communication audits and address potential safety hazards.
  • Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; combined education, training, and/or experience providing necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • 1-2 years of related experience with packing and production machines, specifically in a food manufacturing plant.
  • Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
  • Compliance with safety rules and regulations, with participation in annual training.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and other shifts as needed.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
