Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Strong electrical experience and ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to read electrical schematics and instructions
• Team-oriented with good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and facility through preventive maintenance
• Perform inspections and routine repairs on small engines, motors, conveyors, and machines
• Troubleshoot malfunctions by observing devices and using tools
• Repair or replace defective parts using hoists, hand and power tools
• Inspect parts with calipers and measuring instruments
• Install and repair electrical components and control instruments
• Document actions and communicate issues to teams
• Ensure safe, clean working environment and proper PPE usage
• Assist with production downtime reduction and maintenance reporting
• Other duties as assigned
