Job summary

Requirements include HS diploma or GED (Associates preferred), 3–5 years in food manufacturing, strong electrical experience, ability to read schematics, and proven problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing highly preferred.
• Strong electrical experience.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment with high/low voltage (e.g., 10VAC-480VAC).
• Knowledge of mechanical machinery and repair.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient operation by performing preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using proper instruments.
• Remove and replace defective parts with appropriate tools and hoists.
• Inspect parts to verify dimensional changes and tolerances.
• Install and repair electrical components and wiring.
• Maintain and summarize maintenance reports; communicate actions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with regulations.
