Job summary

McDonald’s in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the restaurant clean and ensuring equipment is properly maintained. You will be part of the Maintenance Team and perform tasks to help the restaurant run smoothly.

Responsibilities include cleaning, oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, stock room and restroom cleaning, elevator/exit duties, and basic HVAC/exhaust cleaning. This role offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
