Qualifications

• Experience with maintaining restaurant equipment
• Ability to perform daily cleaning tasks

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck
• Take out, empty trash and clean corral
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Organize and clean walk in refrigerator and walk-in freezer
• Keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
