Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained, while supporting the team with reliable upkeep of equipment.

You’ll perform duties such as filtering fryers daily, cleaning interior and exterior areas, unloading deliveries, restocking, and changing light bulbs as part of a dedicated maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Assist management in keeping a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
