You will assist management to maintain high standards of interior and exterior cleanliness and keep restaurant equipment in good working order.

Responsibilities include fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, general cleaning, trash disposal, light bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role emphasizes cleaning and upkeep of restaurant interior and equipment.
• Involves tasks like filtering fryer oil and cleaning HVAC units.
• Requires ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
