Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on maintenance or technical leadership experience in a related role.
• Familiarity with team leadership and related tools or frameworks.
• Experience working in or with Baltimore, MD teams or clients.
• Strong empathy and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Good work-life balance mindset and ability to manage stress.

Responsibilities

• Keep Self-Motivation handoffs warm so Baltimore partners never feel dropped.
• Keep junior expectations grounded in what the full-time role can deliver.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Renaissance Technologies clients as needed.
• Leave every general system a little better than you found it.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Renaissance Technologies to hit shared goals.
• Map the handoffs between MD teams so nothing falls in the cracks.
• Hand off Stress Management work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice.
